Japan!

First week of Nov. 2013, I took my second trip to Japan. Google Earth Moderator Camp was held in Tokyo and Kyoto. If you haven't been to Japan, you must go. If you have been to Japan, you know that the people are wonderful, the country is beautiful, and the food... well, you either love it or hate it.

The view from our window the first night:

As usual, all the players assembled and we had meetings, food, bus, underground, high speed train, and walking for the week. A few nights in Tokyo then a train ride at near 200 mph to Kyoto for 2 nights.

Some of the moderators trusted me to navigate the Tokyo Underground:

And that included a trip to the:

PARASITOLOGICAL MUSEUM

This is the view from our Kyoto hotel balcony:

Too much to tell about the great time and the people who made this trip possible.
 Here are the major players:

And we can't forget Joe and Tim from IconicAdventures!

As usual, check out the whole set of photos here.

Next update may be in a few weeks or months.
I will tell you all about working on the railroad.
